Free Shipping Policy:

 All orders qualifying for free shipping will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Orders over $500 qualify for 1 free shipment. Orders over $1,000 qualify for multiple free shipments.

Special orders do not qualify for free shipping. Please give us a call for more information on our free shipping policy.

Note: Free Shipping must be requested at time of order in Special Instructions online or with your sales rep on phone orders. Orders that contain 5 gallon containers, cases of oil, and packages measuring more than 42 inches length and girth or 38 inches long or exceed 25 pounds total weight are excluded. Core charges, hazardous materials fees, box charges, and insurance are not considered part of the $500.00 value of an order. Our Free shipping offer does not apply to orders for tires, batteries, wood, metal, or Hazardous Material.
   
   
   

Dealer Free Shipping on Orders over $350 via
FedEx Ground:

 We are pleased to announce our new free shipping offer for dealers on orders over $350 in merchandise via FedEx Ground. Choose the "Free Shipping" option in the shopping cart when your order qualifies.

Note, this option will only display on applicable orders. Orders containing hazardous materials, oversized goods, cut materials (ie, metal, wood, fabric), cylinders, or a total order weight over 100 lbs are excluded from this promotion. Please contact our customer service or outside sales representative with any questions you may have on this program.
   
   
   

Shipping and
Handling Charges:

 Shipping Charges are automatically calculated by the web site at the cart screen on most items. Shipping charges on some special cut materials, hazardous items, and oversize items are unable to quote accuratley online by our system. In these cases, the website will show the charges as TBD which means "To Be Determined". Once the size and weight of your order after packing are determined, the system will bill the exact freight charge of the chosen carrier. Special order items will incur additional freight charges for shipping from the manufacturer to Aircraft Spruce. Certain items shipping via Purolator will be assessed a carrier fee for oversized items. Please see details below, or Purolator Special Handling Surcharges for the most current information. Shipping charges include insurance unless specified otherwise.
