Overview

Virtual Test Prep™ School brings ASA’s Virtual Test Prep™ DVD Ground School to academia, flight schools, and educational institutions. This Multi-User License provides nearly 1.5 hours of instructional mp4 video material that may be used in the classroom, lab, Blackboard, or secured network environment. This material can be used to supplement an instructor’s ground school lecture or used as part of the student assignments to be completed prior to the next lecture. The multi-media subject lessons can be viewed in a lab environment for students to review knowledge areas that may require additional study. Brilliant animations, 3D graphics and special effects throughout, along with expert instructors and terrific inflight footage make the Virtual Test Prep™ School course content a thoroughly effective and motivational learning experience that helps your students prepare to be professional pilots.

VTP™ School—Helicopter guides viewers through the important concepts and vagaries of helicopter flight. Explanations come to life with in-flight demonstrations and the latest 3D animated graphics. Aerodynamics are covered in detail from retreating blade stall to autorotation. Cockpit point-of-view footage helps viewers experience maneuvers from the pilot’s perspective.

VTP™ School—Helicopter works as an ideal supplement to the airplane-based Private, Instrument, Commercial, and CFI courses.
