Q: Regarding 24 Conductor Coil Cord: What is the coil diameter? What is the straight wire diameter?

Here are the requested dimensions: Coil Diameter 1-1/4" and straight wire diameter 5/16".

Q: Is the inner wire insulation standard extruded Tefzel or the wrap (spiral serve) type?

The insulation on the wires meets MIl-W16878/6 and can be a few different products that meet the minimum specifications. The outer jacket is flame resistant polyurethane per MIl-C-27072.

Q: How long is the coiled or stretchable part of the cord?

6 inches unstretched.
