SunSpot™ 46 LX/HX Landing Lights are designed as an LED drop-in replacement for existing legacy lights.

HX version includes an integrated Pulse or “WigWag” feature that helps significantly increase recognition in broad daylight as well as night operations to help avoid midair collisions and bird strikes while reducing the load on the electrical system by 50%.

While seemingly expensive, this will pay for itself within ~30 burnt out incandescent lamps. This one is also quite literally brighter than the sun reflections off taxiway signs are visible during full daylight conditions.
