Overview

Bugs are perfect for pilots who rent aircraft, and for owners. They give you a very quick visual reference at a glance. The transparent suction cup works on all instruments. A thumb screw friction lock lets yellow pointer tip rotate 360°. Fly with it day & night. Youll see immediately how much faster bugs are, instead of having to read and remember numbers.

INCLUDES: 2 Bugs in a plastic reusable storage box with instructions and 4 disposable alcohol swabs, which are used to clean the instrument face and the bugs so that they stick well. Having both clean is important.

I use it for an altitude bug. My old one started popping off, probably because the suction cup was not as flexible any more. It was about 7 years old, so I got a lot of good use out of it.

Excellent device to get minimums on your altimeter face , will stick better if you wet the suction cup a bit before applying .......... highly recommend it !

Exactly as described. Well made and functional. Be sure to let the IPA wipe dry before installing as it will move around otherwise.

Does exactly what they are supposed to do, easy to attach. Keep a little tension on the middle set screw - not too much or you will need to fiddle with it in flight, and not too little or the needle will flop around. Once set, you can just use your finger to move the needle around for your approach speed, DA, whatever you need (i bought 2)... obviously it doesnt work as a heading bug, but for what it does, its perfect!

Its okay. Main issue is I found I blocks enough of the indicator to make the bug more troublesome then helpful I instead use a dry erase marker on the glass for the altimeter or the airspeed indicator.

Fell off on 1st flight. Last one I had lasted 10 years. Suction cup is not pliable.
