This tube is all I could find for my tire size. It seems very thin and although its considered to have a valve stem on the centerline, it is actually off center. This usually results in a wrinkle near the valve stem which has never been problem...unless you try to reuse it. The tube will leak at the wrinkle if you try to reuse it. Never reuse the tube! Al

Sidewall punctured at 127 hrs, I initially patched it, but then decided to replace the tire and tube as a set due to the tire having only 10-20% tread left. Not the greatest life but pretty cheap to replace.

Fast service, but delivery was expensive. I would buy my next tubes from aircraftspruce. Excellent company to do business with.

Ive bought numerous front tire and tube sets for my Glasair from Aircraft Spruce. Im really concerned about the most recent tube I purchased. Years ago used to be able to buy a tire with Lamb printed on it. Then those went away and it was Cheng Shin with a Cheng Shin tube. Never had an issue to date. The most recent tube was manufactured in Vietnam, manufactured by somebody called Makuro (or something similar). It is noticeably lighter construction - one ounce lighter (5 7/8 versus 6 7/8). I debated about putting back in the old Cheng Shin tube but decided to put the new one in. It will be a bad day if I ever have a nose tire tube give out on landing. I need to remember to look for a better quality tube on the next change.

Installed on a Lancair Legacy nosewheel with a Cheng Shin tire. The tube lasted 25 hours/5 months. Not impressed, but also have no alternative but to re-order.

Held up for 2yrs, then tore along a seam while in flight. Touched down and had a flat nosewheel.

These tubes seem weak at best, but they are the only ones available in this size
