Ended up using the existing bus bar in the aircraft. This one appeared to be the same as the other one from 35 years ago -- solid and of high quality.

To thick for Klixon breakers if used for a bus bar as ACS suggests.

The ground bar is good but it would be nice to also have an option of a thinner (1/16) bar for lower current applications.

Dimensions are as described. Buss bar is exactly what i expected it to be. If you are using it with circuit breakers, dont forget to get some longer screws as the screws suppled with the breakers will not be long enough. Bonus was it arrived taped to a piece of wood so it would not get bent in shipping. Now i have a piece of wood to do with as i like. What else could you want?

Perfect! As for other reviewers that stated, its too thick- the product description clearly states the thickness is 0.125. What did you expect?? I expected 0.125 and thats what I got!

Works well with longer screws. If you want it softer, heat with a torch until cherry red, then quickly quench in cold water.

As others have already noted, it is very thick so youll need longer screws for your breakers depending on number of ring connectors youre using in addition to the bus bar.
I also used the scotch brite wheel on the bench grinder to clean up the surfaces.

This is a quality high amp buss bar. Do note that its quite thick so some supplied CB screws (Klixon for example) are too short when using this buss bar and youll need some slightly longer screws.

Copper bus bar was as described and its dimensions were correct. 4 stars because of no Cu grade info available for it (C-101, C-110, C-122, etc).

Good, heavy buss bar but doesnt fit on the 7727 type circuit breakers due to their screws being too short. Had to order some .063 stock from another vendor.

As advertised - my only complaint is this bar is too thick - I wish ACS stocked a 1/16 x 1/2 bus bar.
A 1/8 x 1/2 bus bar is rated over 200 amps continuous duty with a 50 degree Celsius temperature rise far more than the power generating capacity of most GA aircraft.
You will need longer screws to attach this bar to circuit breakers, and copper heavier than steel 1/16 would be much better.
Copper is different to machine - lubricant is necessary and you have to apply light pressure on the drill, otherwise bits will grab the soft metal and break.

I guess it is what one would call good material, but perhaps too good.
The copper is so hard that it is tough to drill holes for the breaker screws even with a drill press.
I noted the comment re too thick for the supplied Klixon screws - it is, and 6/32 x 1/4 are too short and 6/32 x 3/8 too long for Klixon 7277 breakers where one ends up having the screw threads pushing up against the bottom of the breaker. My solution was piling 3 washers on top to take up the length. Cutting each 3/8 screw to 5/16 was not really all that viable and it seems that there are not any 6/32 x 5/16 available anywhere.
My thinking is that a softer thinner buss bar should be offered - perhaps 1/16 thick and soft copper. The 1/2 width is good and being able to buy by the foot is good as well. Pre-drilled holes are not desirable, hence undrilled as it now is works well, but softer so one can actually drill into the copper.
