Installed on Cessna 182K. Main gear tube valve stems did not line up with the wheel hub hole. Could not install nose wheel tube due to valve stem. Owned plane for 17 years and this was a first.

Q: What is the difference between Air Hawk and Air Trac tires?

Air Trac: The Air Trac® is an excellent choice for single engine, piston aircraft. It is ideal for aircraft operated on grass strips while being perfectly usable on hard surfaces. They are unique, narrow-ribbed, oval shaped tires designed for soft field applications.

Air Hawk: The Air Hawk® is an excellent choice if you are looking for an increased level of performance and security at a price that will not break your budget. Improved tread compounds and high-strength casings offer added wear resistance and an extra measure of security. FAA approved and used by thousands of pilots, the Air Hawk® delivers reliable, cost-effective performance under a wide variety of takeoff and landing conditions.

Q: Do the tubes have a 90 degree air valve or a straight valve? My Mooney requires a 90 degree air valve

The 600x6 tubes have a straight valve stem. The 500x5 tubes have a 90 degree valve stem.
