The ACS bearing regreasers restore bearings, rod ends and pulleys to like-new condition. O-ring in base of regreaser provides positive seal when bearing is secured by the threaded center post. Grease, entering under pressure at the grease fitting, is forced to flow through the bearing, flushing out the old grease and dirt, and recharging the bearing with fresh grease. Available in five sizes.

It works very well
Bearing Regreaser #4 10650-4
Worked great for greasing my aileron bearings. It needed a slight modification for clearance but did its job well. Well worth the cost.
Great piece of tooling, now well made

These regreasers work just like the video. As long as there is some opening in the bearing, the pressure from the grease gun will push the old grease out, as it pushes the fresh grease in.

You would use grease conforming to MIL-PRF-81322 or MIL-PRF-23827. Mobil 28 would be a good option.
