These are the same as the regular Flying Gloves which have been worn by American military aviators since the 1960’s, except these have a conductive fabric sewn into the tips (of both the left and right glove) of the middle finger, index finger, and thumb to allow for use with touch screen devices. The palms are made from soft capeskin (hair sheep) that gives you the fine sense of touch you need for flying. The back is made from soft knit of fire-resistant aramid fiber that stretches so the gloves fit snugly. They remain soft and pliable when they get wet. You can even wash them in warm water and hand soap. Measure in inches around the fullest part of your palm. Order the size closest to your hand measurement. Gloves stretch a little, so the fit should be snug. |
These gloves, well, fit like gloves! They look good, are comfortable, and seem to work on a touchscreen.
Nomex Touch Screen Flight Gloves Retardant Sage Size 8
They work great and fit perfectly
Gloves appear to be suitable. Have not noticed defects mentioned by other reviewers. Tried them with an iPad at home, and they worked well. Anticipate that they will perform well during normal use.
These seem to be ok but Ive only had them a few days. The fingers are a little long (Ive worn size 9 gloves since the Army so I know these are longer). I dont know if they are all long or just the ones I received.
These are cheaply made with poor fit and stitching. Nothing like the military issue.
These gloves are supplied by Gibson and Barnes and the quality is lacking. The stitching is poor with excess material at the end of both thumbs. This excess material renders them unusable for tuning radio knobs. I have purchased gloves in the past from Aircraft Spruce which were supplied by MOM and found the quality and fit to be excellent. I will have to find another supplier for gloves as these are not usable.

10 or 11 would be XL.
Measure in inches around the fullest part of your palm. Order the size closest to your hand measurement. Gloves stretch a little, so the fit should be snug. For example, if the distance around your hand is 9 inches, you would order a size 9.
