Good to have the current version since the FAA changes the format of their questions. My 2015 copy differs from the 2019 version. One question in the 2019 version was missing magnetic variation which was necessary to answer the question. Enormous amount of material to proof read and Gleim does have site for list of errors in their publications.
I used Gleim Private Pilot - FAA Knowledge Test Prep for my exam and scored a 92% after studying for 3 days. I purchased the Instrument version to do the same thing. This teaches you everything you need to know to pass the test. Excellent book.
