Yes, this does include a windsock. The color of the sock is bright international orange.
Per the supplier:
1. Main advantage of have extended (30") frame is having 30" of exposed
windsock visibility in light breezes AND no windsock tail wrap-around of pole, causing windsock to be non operational.
2. Aviation Windsock length is standard 96" length.
3. 3/4" standard threaded pipe extended from windsock frame, mounts to
pole.
