Just what I was looking for a sturdy, effective protective mat to minimize nozzle damage during refueling....just seemed a little pricey for what it is.

Fueling Mat Avmat-AvgaS2 Blue Cntr Hole

This is a heavy duty piece of equipment suitable for FBO use. I wanted something I could take in my plane for self serve fueling. I would have to give up 10 lb. of useful load to travel with this. It’s stupidly heavy. I may cut about 1/2 of it off. I may be ahead to just cut down a bathtub mat and use that.

Too big and too heavy for many GA aircraft - description should list weight!
