Great product! Small and effective. I use two of the red and white version and they work as they should.

Per the supplier: Yes, these LED Maplights are dimmable.
These lights are available in White/Red, White/Blue, and White/Green. You can select them from the "Color" dropdown list above.
No, the maplight does not swivel and is intended for stationary installation. The switch is located on the side of the light.
We have added the Installation and Specifications PDFs to the 'Documents' tab of the webpage. Please download and review them there.
There are no switches provided with the light. Per the manufacturer - you must also choose the proper switch for the aircraft. The switch part numbers are listed in the applicable aircraft parts manual. There is a difference in the switches as the single colored light assemblies use a single pole, single throw switch. The dual colored light assemblies use a single pole double throw switch with a center off position. The factory switch assemblies must be used unless an approved alternate switch is obtained.
Since this is a single color light, this would need a single pole single throw switch of your choice. As for the dimmer, something like 11-06674 would work for an experimental aircraft.
This particular Oplite is not FAA-PMA certified, but it is NORSEE approved for use in ALL aircraft (not simply Experimental)
