The Plane Power R1224 Voltage Regulator is a solid-state voltage regulator with over-voltage protection, field short (over current) protection, and reverse battery protection. The Plane Power R1224 Voltage Regulator also supports precision load sharing for twin applications, and an alternator inoperative lamp. NOTE: The R1224 voltage regulator is designed to be setup in the field for 14 or 28 volt operation by configuring the two jumpers within the voltage regulator. When my OEM Lamar voltage regulator failed I contacted Lamar Customer Service and was told they didnt have a replacement available for my OEM regulator. This Plane-Power regulator was offered as a possibility by Spruce Customer Service and it works perfectly replaced both the OEM regulator and the OEM over voltage relay, and is much more stable than the OEM Lamar regulator ever was since I have owned the airplane.

Yes, per the Fit Guide PDF in the "Application Guide" tab of the web page, part number R1224 (our part number 07-01305) will replace InterAv 625-61623. However, we recommend that you verify your aircraft application using the fit guide to confirm it is the correct replacement.
No, the 12-1021 adapter plate is not included but can be purchased separately.
The only difference between the two products is the mounting base. Both would be appropriate for an E-AB aircraft along with the Plane Power C14-100 alternator.

Overhauled: 6 months / 250 operating hours whichever comes first
