Q: Is this TSO? Looking for one for a Pa-28 180

No, Falcon instruments are not FAA Approved and are intended for use in experimental aircraft only. See the Precision Vertical Card compasses (like part # 10-00421) for certified aircraft applications.

Q: What is the technical difference between 10-05276 and 10-04173. The description is the same except for the brand name. Is there any difference at all?

They are the same application and specs. Only the brand is different.
