For this part # 06-01471, The retreader takes a 15-600x6 tire and retreads it. They do not retread the bigger tire and make it a 15/600-6. 15 does refer to the diameter.
Our part number 06-00770 if you need a straight stem or 06-00356 if you need a 90.
