Yes, you will use the shoulder washer (04-00976) behind the panel with the ridge facing towards the front of the panel. The flat washer (04-00975) goes in the front of the panel. No part of the jack should touch the panel.
Both the mic and headphone jacks should have insulating washers on both sides of the panel.
The dims are 1/32" x 5/8" OD x 3/8" ID.
