Per the manufacturer regarding part # 08-07374, they believe that the answer is no, it does not contain corrosion inhibiting additives but advised to review specifications document found in the "Documents" tab. A Certificate of Analysis can be provided with order, but must be requested at time of order. It does meet MIL-PRF-23699.
