Yes, the David Clark One-XP has AA battery integration in the control module. Since it has the AA battery capability. this adapter will work fine. Remember, when using this adapter, the headset ANR will be powered from the AA batteries and not from ship's power.
The Bose A20 6-pin lemo cable has a place for batteries. You will need to have the batteries in the cable assembly for the ANR to work.
If your ANR headset has a battery power assembly module, then this adapter can be used. If you have an older version of the A20 or a Bose X, you will need Part # 11-03570 which has a 9 volt power supply to run the ANR.
