Works great, and the aviation grade shielding is critical for safety. For best results, you should also use the little green pigtails that Spruce sells to ground the shield. Also, if soldering at the other end make sure you leave a healthy margin between the solder joint for the core, current-carrying wire and that shield. Too close and you can accidentally channel all that shield noise right into the solder joint! [typed from experience...]

It seems to meet the minimum specification and Im happy with the noise-free result of the install. But compared to other wires Ive used, the shielding has fewer strands at a thicker gauge and just seems cheaper quality. I added intercom to the rear seats and wired up new avionics with this (GMA 345, GTR 225, G5 HSI - with the exception of the CAN Bus wiring, for which I used purpose-made CAN Bus wiring I also bought from Spruce).
