POROUS TEFLON™ COATED RELEASE FILM - #7025 is used where a medium weight porous release fabric is required on the surface of a part. During the cure of the assembly it will allow excess resin and all of the air and volatiles to pass into the bleed/breather ply (CFM Airflow 70). At completion of the cure the fabric will release cleanly from the assembly. Color: Brown. Width: 37-1/2". Sold per yard. |

I have used other peel plies in the past but nothing compared to this Porous Teflon! Where others one has to struggle to remove, the released easily yet leave a great finish ready for gluing or painting. Highly recommended!
I use this in a vacuum resin infusion process for a thin piece. It is fragile when green and this teflon coating just peels off with low force and does not tend to damage the work. It is fantastic, and a life saver for these fragile parts. I have tried others but this product was the best teflon coated product. Highly recommended.
Peel-ply is awesome! I wouldnt roll a tube without it anymore. This stuff peels right off after your resin has cured and leaves a very lightly textured surface with very little sanding if any is needed.

No. This does not have an adhesive on one side.
It is flexible, kinda similar to a dacron type fabric. Not paper like.
