Yes, part number 6002 (mfg. Pn: 1g01-1) does have an on-off switch.
Yes, this is designed to work with the FAA approved UMA lighting components.
Per the instructions manual this does not depend on aircraft voltage. The manufacturer has light inverters for each voltage. This switch is part of those kits.
Per UMA: the 6002 will work with the UMA ring lights. Depending on the voltage of the glareshield this may work. More information would be needed to answer for certain.
