Plexiglass cabin ventilator. Mounts firmly at four points. Closes tight for winter flying. Uses 2-1/2" dia. hole. For use on flat surfaces only. |
Years ago I flew a C-140 with two Vista Vents and reallly liked them. So, Ive installed four of them for ventelation in my Experimental build but not yet flown. The install involves drilling plexiglas. No problem when using a drill bit made for Plexi with minute pressure. One of my four vents had a manufacturing flaw that Spruce swapped out. Im real happy with how they look and the ease of the installation. I like simple, and this is simple and effective ventelaiton.

Great quality of product nicely packaged exactly what you see on the website is what I got it includes all the hardware templates for installing it. They are easy to install step by step easy directions. Very fast shipping and they were easy to order
These window ventilators are great and work amazing. What bothers me is that they dont have rust proof hardware and they do rust
Experimental Window Ventilator
Product well made but ineffective
Experimental Window Ventilator
Not up to standards for quality and functionality. The look of them is not what I was hoping they would be. There is some cracking on them. The functionality of them are less than ideal as well due to the fact that they dont seal down and stop air from coming in when you dont want it. I opted to not even put them on my plane due to the disappointment of the product.
