Q: Please explain the difference between the 10-19 master cylinder and the 10-20 model? You say they are similar but the ports are different?

The difference between these two are, P/N# 10-19 has an install length of 8.35". The port size is 7/16-20. The comments are, "Ports in-line, fittings 90 degrees, extruded aluminum body".

P/N# 10-20 has an install length of 7.48". The port size is 1/8-27 NPT. The comments are, "Ports in-line, no fittings, no rod celvis, extruded aluminum body." These two are not interchangeable with one another".

Q: Is the O ring set for the 10-20 compatible with the 10-19 Caliper? I have a Pitts with the 10-19 cylinder and need to replace the seals.

The o-ring kit you will need for a 10-19 is P/N# 199-505 (See Accessories).

Q: What is included in the CLEV 199-505 Overhaul KIT for the Cleveland 10-19 master cylinder? Is it just O-rings?

It has 2 o-rings and 1 washer seal.

There is not a steel body 10-19 per the Cleveland book.

Q: What is the piston diameter of the Cleveland 10-19 master cylinder?

The piston diameter is .560 inch.

Q: I am looking for a Seal kit for my master cylinders. , my model number is 10- 19D. Can you tell me what the D means?

The "D" in 10-19D references a specific cylinder body. The seals are the same for all 10-19 assemblies.
