NOTE: Please remove drive gears before returning Magneto cores for "Core Credit." These lightweight aircraft magnetos are being used by many new equipment manufacturers. Weigh only 3-3/4 lbs. compared to 6-1/4 lbs. for typical old style magnetos. In early 1988, Slick discontinued the sale of re-manufactured magnetos to offer new units only. All units carry a one-year warranty after delivery to the user. These model magnetos are completely rebuild-able. The old 4000/4100 series magnetos and the 600 series magnetos may not be returned as an exchange unit for a new magneto of the same model. Most other Magnetos may be returned for core credit. Thanks! Got my magnetos fast, and in perfect condition.
I have relied in Slick Mags for years in 4 aircraft. Unfortunately this one failed in 4.5 hours of flight time and is totally dead. Thankfully the old one had not been retuned, so it is now back in service. I hope Champion gets on top of their QC quickly. This was test run on a bench at a mag shop and double confirmed as zero spark production. It sounds like a baby rattle inside. I hope the warranty replacement restores my trust in Slick Mags.
Hey, its a Slick mag. I got 1400 hrs on the ones these are replacing. No failure, just preventative. Only 4 stars because they dont include a gasket. Come on, thats got to cost less than the clamps they do supply. At least tell us its not included so we can order it separately. Every other accessory comes with gaskets but not this. Aarrgghh!

Yes, P/N# 6320 does come with an impulse coupling.
Yes, impulse coupled Slick mags come with the impulse coupling.
All magneto's that are meant to have an impulse coupling will come with an impulse coupling. If they are not meant to have an impulse coupling then it will not come with one. Since the 6310 is impulse coupled is will be included.
6310 is impulse coupled and 6360 is not. We would need full engine model number from the customer to check the application guide.
