Flow: Instantaneous Display of Fuel Flow This unit comes packaged with an EI FT-90 Flow Transducer. It is for use in aircraft with gravity-fed fuel systems, or between 350 and 500 HP. For engine-driven fuel pumps and up to 350 HP, please view the "Alternate Items" tab for kits equipped with the FT-60 Flow Transducer. |
The FC-10 came with clear easily understandable installation instructions. As an kit builder I found the installation strait forward and the unit worked as advertised first time out. A lot off features in this small unit. Very good value for money.

Flight Data Fc-10 With Ft-90 Sgl Engine Non-TSO
A week ago I installed my new FC-10 coupled to my existing Red Cube in my RV-8, then flew from Billund, Denmark to Duxford, UK (3:50), back again after two days (3:30). The FC-10 is great! Both times it showed me that I had 1:20 worth of fuel left at 65% Power! With the exact indication of Fuel Flow, Fuel Remaining/Endurance, Fuel Used I likely saved me making a Fuel-stop in the Netherlands! It can even be coupled to a fancy GPS, showing fuel at every waypoint. VERY good value for 238 USD! :-) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED (I already had their RPM-indicator installed too).

This unit is only for gravity fed systems. For Rotax engines, we would recommend 10-03150 instead.
No, this is not intended for certified aircraft.
The website has been corrected. This part comes with a FT-90, for gravity-fed systems between 350-500 horsepower. For engine driven system 350 or less horsepower, see p/n 10-03150 with the FT-60.
