Q: The DM C63-2 is listed in the alternate items tab. Does that mean this they are capable of the same frequencies?

The DM C63-3/A Antenna has a Frequency Range 138-174 MHz while the DM C63-2 has a Frequency Range of 118-137 MHz.

Q: What is the significance of the different frequencies? Are they not both Comm antennae? I looked up the specs for a King KX165 and see no reference to frequency in the range of either antenna.

All comm antenna's operate on the same frequencies. The only difference is the style of the antenna.

Q: Can you use this DM C63-3/A antenna for a glideslope / navigation antenna?

No, this is a VHF comm antenna only.
