Q: Do you have a regulatory reference for Crew Vests need to be Red and Passenger Vests Yellow?

This is part of regulation under TSO C13f 4.1.15 Color. The color of the life preserver must be an approved international orange-yellow or similar high visibility color. The color of the flight crew life preservers may be an approved red-orange or similar high visibility contrasting color.

Q: I own a single-engine airplane and would like to wear these vests while overflying water out of gliding range of land (uninflated unless the aircraft has to be ditched). Can these vests be used in this manner or do they require re-inspection once their pouches are opened?

Per Vendor: Once its open it requires re-inspection.

Q: I checked the attached document for exact package size for this life vest, however they list 2 different size packages for two different styles of packages. Which package do you sell? ESL or Standard Polybag

These are packaged in the standard polybag packaging.
