Pilot USA PA 97 GA Dual Plug To Airbus Adapter
Heavy duty and well made. Looks like it should last a long time. Seems to fit the Airbus socket quite well, and with a Bose ANR the sound quality is great! No complaints so far.
Used it last night for first time on a basic A321 with Bose A20 headset and it worked great!!!
I recently used this adapter with my Clarity Aloft headset on a A321 and it performed great.
It works.

Yes, this will convert a standard dual GA plug headset to the 5-pin single XLR plug which is common in the Airbus.
No, this is an audio pass through adapter. It does not provide power for the ANR. If the headset itself has battery powered ANR, that will stick function.
No, if the headset is a dual GA Bose A20, you will still need to use the A20 batteries to power the ANR.
