AC41A9177 Venturi
Packed well, Quality product, simple design, plenty cost effective, simple to install, and most importantly works VERY well. My plane has a max airspeed of 120kts and the venturi works well as slow as 80kts. I purchased the horn (AN8018-1) and 10 of 7/16 ID x 5/8 OD x 3/32 Wall Tygon Sanitary Silicone Tubing from US Plastic Company (USP). Installed 5/8 IID rubber grommets on all the hose penetrations. The venturi produces a slight (but plenty effective) suction that will vacuum fluid UPHILL. I think this is an important note since pilots are seated and many pilots dont actually understand how this system or idea works. Being in the seated position presents a challenge for me to urinate into a bag (gravity flow) without unbelting and getting into a far reclined awkward/uncomfortable position. The horn will fit over the male part and actually seal off due to the suction of the venturi (youll catch on quickly ) and as one urinates, its vacuumed through the hose (uphill as needed due to sitting) and out the center of the venturi mounted on the bottom of the aircraft in the slipstream. As far as urine getting on the aircraft, (online comments concern from some not having tried this product) i have yet to have that issue, maybe this is because of the mounting position and shape of my AC (2016 Jabiru J230D), I just dont have this issue and Im extremely happy to find this pilot relief system of products from Aircraft Spruce. Has made my trips much more comfortable and I no longer have to stop between fuel demands.
The venturi was packed very well and came quickly.
Easy to install, works well.

This venturi is approximately 5" in length and 2-1/4" in height.
We do not have a liner for the tube.
You would also need part number 13-04167. Its the horn, valve and tube.
