MFR Model# ATS8300

Overview

The super-agile air nibbler makes clean, distortion-free cuts in aluminum and steel sheets up to 16ga (.060"/15mm) thick at feed rates of up to 300 in/min (127mm/s) without jamming or bogging down. Exteremely narrow cutting width of only .175" (44mm) means less material waste. Its narrow tool path also makes cutting complex contours an easy task, since you can navigate tight radiuses without having to extract and reposition the tool. Features push-type action to give you a better view of your cutting path. Easily replaceable cutting die (see p/n ATS8300-RP).

Works good - used it on aluminum. Does not cut sharp curved lines but good for straight cuts. Does not warp the metal.

No instructions for oiling. You must oil under the cap at the head of the unit as well as the air inlet. I did damage to mine, before I realized, it needed it. The unit is built very well.
