Economy Cotter Pin Pack 500 Cad
Yup, it’s a cotter pin.

Quality seems ok, but this isnt really a good kit for an aircraft owner that is performing simple maintenance that is allowed by the FAA or the allowed maintenance under an A&Ps supervision. For example, the kit contains a ton of the 2 and 2.5 cotter pins. Theyre huge and not applicable to any of the maintenance that an owner is allowed to perform alone or under a mechanics supervision. Part of thats on me -- I should have paid closer attention to the specific items, but the point of a preassembled assortment is to package the most commonly used sizes.

needed a pin for my 1.5 in wheels. had to use two small ones as there wasnt a long one that was the right size.

Great selection of cotter pins in various sizes. Highly recommended as they arrived sorted and as expected.

Too many of the larger sized cotter pins. I would have preferred more of the smaller sizes in more different lengths.
