Yes these are full stainless.
These are a combination of 300 and 410 series stainless. The minimum on this clamp is 7/16. You would probably want a 6504 clamp for your fuel lines.
The "H" clamps have a liner to protect the hose.
The screw is a 410 grade stainless which will have a magnetic draw, per the manufacturer.
