I purchased this baffle kit for my Lycoming O320-E2D, expecting it to be a straightforward fit given that it was specifically designed for this engine. Unfortunately, it was anything but. Many of the metal pieces had basic mismatches, requiring a lot of additional drilling and grinding to get them to fit. It was frustrating to have to make so many adjustments for a kit that should have been tailored to my model. To make matters worse, customer support of AIR FORMS was less than helpful. Responses were slow, and when I finally did get answers, the assumption seemed to be that I was at fault rather than addressing potential issues with the kit itself. Overall, it works after a lot of work, but the process was far more time-consuming than it should have been, and the lack of support only added to the frustration.
