1.5V voltage from battery to plug. Never even turned over the starter. We ended up cutting it down to 4ft and still did not work! We ended up using the plug only with new 2AWG cable attached to it. $179 dollars in the trash! If you are building a start cart, just get the plug for $43 and buy separately 2AWG battery cable at $1.58 ft and take the 10 min to put it together. This product is useless and worthless!
