These portable power supplies are an excellent way to power your avionics on the ground while you train or practice in the cockpit. Especially helpful in learning how to operate glass cockpit avionics and panel mount GPS units. To use the Portable Power Supply plug the cord into an AC wall outlet, and then connect the 3-pin plug into the external power receptacle on your aircraft. Furnished with Cessna style 3-pin plug. Manufactured in U.S.A. This unit can also be used as a battery charger, by using the battery clip adapter which is provided with the unit. |

12V Port Power Supply 25 Amp Cess Plg & Battery Clips
Works great! Charges my battery and upon reaching full charge it goes automatically into maintenance mode. Mine services flood batteries, as well as AGM/GEL batteries (like the one in my aircraft).
Super happy with this power supply plug. Our intended use is for training on new avionics in the hangar. Works great, price is right.
Although I was only going to be using this unit as a power source so that I could run my new all glass panel on the ground, I read the previous reviews that talked about static in the audio when using the system. Since that did not apply to me I bought it anyway and use it as I intended to up grade the software without running down my battery. I have found however that I have NO static or audio problems when using this unit like some others have reported. Works great, I love it!
