So far so good only one flight. Very compact and links easily with your iPad. Happy that i purchased it alone with the dash mount holder.

A friend is using this for airline flying. Modern 777 cockpit does not allow ipads to display position. Has flown with the Bad Elf and experienced spotty connection issues. This thing is rock solid for up to 4 crewmembers to connect to and even indicates upstairs in the rest area. 13 hour battery almost does an atlantic round trip from the states, and will do any destination one way. It is a huge safety necessity during taxi and a nice addition in all phases of flight. 5 stars for the glo 2
Garmin Aviation Glo 2
Great product ..I used it for my trip from Vancouver to Tokyo on a 787. After using it for 10.5 hrs I still had 34% Battery left. The Garmin glo 2 also was picking up Russian satellites
Works well, long battery life. Easy to connect via bluetooth.
