The eyeball drill jig was designed to help eliminate time consuming manual layout of the holes for the firewall eyeball. It’s a great accessory! The drill sequence is started with the center hole for the eyeball, drilling a #30 hole. Once this hole is drilled, a #30 cleco is placed in the center hole. Next, drill all of the perimeter holes with the drill jig and remove the #30 cleco. Take the drill jig off, and increase the center hole to the size of the eyeball. |
Jig saved me a lot of time, for little money. It also made my holes perfect with no filing needed. I would definitely recommend this jig.
