Yes, this unit has bulkhead fittings on both ends of the control. We may be able to special order an A950 control with a bulkhead 10-32 end, and solid wire on the other. Please contact our sales department for a quote once you determine the length you need.
No, the A-1550 has swaged 10-32 ends, and can not be shortened by the end user, but you can special order any length you need. Just call sales with the end to end length and they will be able to get a quote sent to you.
This has a bare metal housing.
The stroke on the A-920 and A-1550 are the same at 3-3/8 the Notch on the A-920 are the same location of the Bulkheads on the A-1550.
