Q: Is the Fuel Pressure Gauge a mechanical pressure gauge?

Per the specifications chart, The Fuel Pressure Gauge 0-15 Psi Lighted - 2 inch is a mechanical pressure gauge.

Q: What sender needs to be used with this gauge?

The sender for this gauge is part number 10-01083.

Q: If this is a mechanical gauge why do you say it needs a sender? Is the gauge wet. eg fuel supplied to the gauge? Thanks

All fuel gauges require a sender that is placed in the tank. This is done so that you do not have to run fuel through your cabin and to the gauge. It is safer to use a sender.

Q: If this is a fuel pressure gauge, the sender would not be in the tank. Does this fuel pressure gauge need a fuel hose ran to it, or does it use wiring from a sender? Are there any pictures of the back of the unit?

You can review what the back of the unit looks like on the specifications sheet found in the document section.
