Nylo-Seal tube fittings are exceptionally strong. The bodies, made of nylon, are stronger than machined fittings of similar composition. They are furnished complete with nut/sleeve assemblies, made of acetal copolymer. Since the sleeve snaps into and is retained by the nut there is no fumbling for a loose sleeve. Just insert tube into the fitting and tighten the nut 2 to 2-1/2 full turns. Note: The most frequently used combination of tube and pipe sizes are 1/4" Tube x 1/8" Pipe and 3/8" Tube x1/4" Pipe.
For Nylo-Seal tubing, see "Accessories" tab Less 10% on 50 pieces per size, Less 20% on 100 pieces per size |

Poly-Flo Fitting 259-P 04
Can you get this at Auto-zone? Yeah, probably. Can you get this quality? Not a chance. Aircraft Grade, means something.
Poly-Flo Fitting 259-P 04
These are back ordered, have not received a new shipping status.
I made a mistake with the last rating, in fact Aircraft aircraft spruce has shipped the missing item so please accept my apology. Thank you for prompt shipping. Rich
I got what I ordered, good job!
took a little time to locate the insert, but was a correct fit. Staff very helpful
Your directions are lacking. They lead you to believe that the fittings are shipped complete and dont need the 259-N inserts for the line. Since they are needed they should be supplied with each of the fittings but are required to be ordered separetly. GRRR.

The first number in the size column refers to the tube OD, second number is the pipe thread. In your example, 1/4 tube OD x 3/8 pipe thread.
You would install a cap in a fitting where you would want to cap off the flow. Place the cap in the fitting and tighten the nut down.
