82° finishing washers are used in non-structural interior and upholstery applications. The parts covered by NAS390 & NAS391 are getting harder to procure and do not necessarily conform exactly to all of the dimensions stated on the specs. Brass, nickel plated. |
I used this on a carbon fiber panel where I needed the surface area to hold the part and a clean finish (no fastner head to get hung up). Used in conjunction with Phillip head machine screws.

They are nickel plated brass, the photo is accurate. They look polished like in the photos.
Countersunk sits proud of the surface but the screw will countersink into the washer. Flush would be flush with the surface.
