Overview

The B series firewall fitting has a 1 inch aluminum ball held in place by 2 stainless steel pressure plates. It has a swivel angle up to 50 degrees from straight and is held to the firewall with 6 #4 screws.

Assembly weighs only 1.0oz-1.3oz ( .06lb-.08lb) depending on ball hole size.

Ball hole sizes available are .125, .188, .218, .240, .250, .260, .330, .375, .438 and .500.

Q: Would I use a .188 for a 3/16 cable - or the next size up?

Yes, you will need the .188 which is P/N# 05-00957.

Q: Is the ball on these split in half to clamp over the cable or do you have to order larger hole for the end of the ACS A-800?

Yes, the ball splits in half so you can clamp it over the cable.

Q: What size fitting is needed for the A-920 cable?

The A-920 housing is 1/4" O.D.. You can use the .250" or for a firm grip, the .240" unit to secure it.
